Barbara Otto is a California native whose passion for equity started early in life. She has worn many career hats from office administrator, HS English teacher, full time mother and esthetician. A born manager with a creative mind, she has previously volunteered with Planned Parenthood, Nursing Mothers Counsel, Girl Scouts and 100 Women Who Care, Silicon Valley. And she loves dogs.
