She is a Board Certified Nutritionist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Mental Health and Addiction Nutrition Specialist, 2017 Scotts Valley Woman of the Year, and the owner of Perfect Union.
