My business started in 1998; I was a student, competitor and teacher in the Martial Arts, teaching Self-Defense to women.  The mindset work and the empowerment piece of my classes organically transition to the coaching I do today as a Life Sensei – teaching others how to eliminate negative thoughts about their levels of “SELF” (Self-Esteem, Self-Image, Self-Love, Self-Confidence, Self-Worth)
